Croissant is a master tree climber. She does it for fun.

Shrewsbury backyard wildlife featuring more deer and coyotes and a flock of turkeys. Croissant made an appearance but it was not natural. She was just following me around the yard one day. In my previous post I remarked that the deer and coyotes were coexisting peacefully. Well, I have a video here of a coyote chasing a deer. I heard a bunch of howling in the middle of the night one night last week. I wonder if they got one.

Shrewsbury backyard wildlife. More of the same from the week before. Lots of deer and coyotes with an occasional fox. Couple peculiarities: 1. Coyotes and deer seen coexisting peacefully under the apple trees during the night. 2. Coyotes eating apples.

Shrewsbury backyard wildlife. Great footage of coyotes, foxes and deer. A fox or maybe two makes an appearance. A magestic buck makes chase after some dough playing hard to catch. A coyote I call Halftail who is missing half a tail makes a never before seen daylight appearance. Are those yellow eyes I see?

My wildlife camera caught mainly one adolescent male deer many, many times. He seems alone. I would guess he lives in the field next door. A raccoon and a fox also made an appearance.
